Slight! Mention of Rin-chan~! Also, slight warning for language. Mild language~ Kyaaah, so much cheesiness! ;A;

It was official: Police work was not for the faint of heart. Your parents and friends had warned you about the dangers of joining the force, but you ignored their worry-filled lectures and, after a great amount of hard work, you became a rookie in your local police department. However, you never would have guessed that you'd be thrust into such a frightening situation, especially not mere weeks after joining the force.
With a grunt, you shifted your body, struggling against the ropes that bound you tightly to the chair that you had been placed in. You tired to speak, to scream for help, but a strip of duct tape across your mouth prevented you from doing so.
Hearing the commotion, your captors made themselves visible, five unfamiliar bodies coming into your view. “Hmm, what's this? You're finally awake, eh?,” one of them, a tall male, questioned, a teasing tone dancing from his lips. More muffled sounds reverberated against the duct tape covering your lips. “I can't seem to hear you, darlin'. Here, perhaps this will help a bit,” he chuckled and grabbed hold of a corner of the tape, giving it a quick tug.
A whimper of pain shot forth from your lips, the area that had previously been covered by tape now stinging uncomfortably, feeling as though thousands of small needles had pierced through the sensitive skin. “Y-You bastard...!,” you breathed, skin still searing. “You'll pay for this, y'know! What do you hope to accomplish by doing this to me?!”
A dark chuckle rippled through each pair of unfamiliar lips in the room. “What else? Do you have any idea how invincible our little gang will be once we prove that you officers can't stand up to us? It will be marvelous~!”
“Tsk! You're going to regret this,” you threatened, trying your best to keep your voice from trembling. “They'll know by now that I'm missing. Someone's going to find me!” As this line was spat from your lips, a certain redheaded male's visage floated into your mind: Rin, one of your superior officers. You had sincerely hoped that he would be the one to come to your rescue. An act like that would only cause your undeniable, albeit unprofessional, crush on the crimson-eyed male to grow.
The sound of ammo being loaded into a gun ripped your attention back to your current situation. Fear tore through your small frame as the male readied his gun, a maniacal grin plastered across his face. “This is it, boys! The death of this righteous bitch will seal our place in this world!,” he declared, finger tensing on the trigger.
Your [e/c] gems slammed shut, expecting a severe pain to follow shortly after a loud bang. But, none of that came. Cries of surprise and pain spewed from the men in the room, causing your eyes to shoot open again. Each of your captors seemed to be detained, most of them sprawled out on the floor or slumped up against a wall. Your gaze caught sight of a tall figure, looming closer to you, and your hopes soared, expecting Rin to be your knight in shining armor.
As the figure reached your position, your face fell slightly, a small sense of disappointment washing over you at the dark-haired officer before you: Sosuke Yamazaki. A frown tugged at the corner of his lips as he released you from the ropes that held you in place. As you stood, you felt a strong set of arms wrap themselves around your quivering frame. “I know it's not me that you were expecting, [Name],” he lamented, a sad tone in his usually-serious voice. “I won't say a bad thing about Rin. But, I truly think you'd be better off with me in your life.” He pulled back from the embrace slightly, his bright, teal-coloured gems meeting yours before his lips crept closer to yours, meeting them in a simple kiss. You quickly processed your complicated feelings, returning the kiss and tangling your fingers in his dark locks.
“If you'll have me, I will protect you with everything that I have, [Name]. I promise.”

Othello's World (Kougami x Reader)
Tired, fatigued eyes were intently stuck to the large LCD screen, as said object displayed information after another, in pixelated words and numbers.
The turquoise light of your computer did little to help your ocular organs, and so you had to constantly look away to rest your eyes every half hour or so. As you dared a glance at the clock, you exhaled quietly and raised your hands to your head.
’So tired,’ shot trough your mind. And indeed you were.
Nevermind the fact that you were sitting here all day long, but last week’s mission tired you out both physically and mentally. In fact, it had such a harsh impact on y

prisoner [yandere! tachibana makoto x reader]
Makoto Tachibana was husband material, as your friends would say as they gush over the hot boys in Iwatobi Swim Club. See, while the Iwatobi High School Swim Club had only got the attention of most the girls in school after winning several medals for the school, you had already knew about Tachibana when you first became a student here. And while the other girls seem to gush over the rest of the boys, there was something about Makoto's sensible boy-next-door image that you could not quite resist. Even though you were guilty of sneaking glances at the olive green hair boy when walking past his classroom, you had told yourself that it was unlike

Encounter | Sousuke x Reader
First Encounter
Taking the bus everyday to school really sucked as it was always packed - unless that lucky second bus that's early came[1] - meaning the majority of the time you would have to stand. You didn't mind standing, it was just the huge amount of bodies cramming together, big bags pushing against you, and the sudden stops. There were so many other reasons, but those were the top three.
But on one particular morning it wasn't the same old horrible ride. It started out the same, crammed bodies and all, but something amazing happened. Something you never thought would happen to you of all people.
You stood near the back of the bus,

I may have gotten a bit carried away with this one.
This is definitely not what I had in mind when I started writing this. ^^"
Urrgh, Chrome, why do you hate me? I tried a million times to post this, before resorting to using Firefox, then it worked like a charm. ¬_¬
